Cici Cao

Cici Cao is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources with expertise spanning both China and the U.S. As HR Director for Talent Acquisition at Duality Biologics and previously as Talent Acquisition Lead at Triastek, Inc., Cici has demonstrated strong leadership in recruitment strategy. Cici also served as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at HARBOUR BIOMED and held the position of Senior HR Manager for Talent Acquisition at Eli Lilly China. Prior to those roles, Cici worked as an RPO Project Leader at Hudson. Cici holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Auckland University of Technology, earned between 2003 and 2006.
