Joe Friscia

Joe Friscia is an advisor at Duality Technologies. Joe has held previous positions as President of the Americas at BAE Systems Detica, President of NICE Actimize, and EVP & General Manager at Pegasystems.

Joe started their career in 1984 as EVP & General Manager at Pegasystems. In 2004, they transitioned to Segue Software as EVP WW Field Operations. After a year at Segue Software, Joe became the EVP & General Manager at Norkom Technologies. Joe was with Norkom for six years until BAE Systems acquired the company in 2011. Joe then became the President of the Americas at BAE Systems Detica. Joe held this position for three years until they became President of NICE Actimize in 2014. Joe remained President of NICE Actimize until 2018 when they took on their current role as advisor at Duality Technologies.
