Matthew Hook, CPA, CMA has a diverse work experience in financial management and content strategy. Matthew has held various roles in different companies, such as Director of Content Strategy at Screen Rant, Valnet, DualShockers, GameRant.com, and TheGamer.com. Before that, Matthew was the Co-Owner, CFO, and Chief of Content at FictionTalk and The Games Cabin. Matthew also has experience in cost accounting and supply chain finance, having worked as the Director of Cost Accounting at Canopy Growth Corporation and Senior Manager at Canada Goose in the same field. Additionally, they achieved the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation from CMA Ontario in the years 2011 to 2013. Afterwards, Matthew Hook pursued further education with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) in 2013.
