Amee McKim has a diverse work experience. Amee began their career as an Attorney at Baker & Daniels in 1994 and stayed with the company until 1997. Amee then moved on to The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where they served as the Assistant Dean of Professional Development from November 1997 to May 2005. After that, they joined Hunton & Williams LLP as the Director of Lawyer Recruiting and Development, holding this position until 2011. In 2008, McKim took a break from their legal career to author a book titled "Maximize Your Lawyer Potential." Most recently, they have been working at Duane Morris LLP, where they hold the role of Director of Lawyer Recruitment and Development since January 2012.
Amee McKim completed their A.B.D. for Ph.D. in Higher Education, Policy and Leadership from The Ohio State University from 2001 to 2005. Amee also obtained a J.D. degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. In addition, Amee completed the full program of instruction in Coach Training from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and earned a B.A. degree in Business and Organizational Communication from Otterbein College. Amee holds certifications including an Admission (currently inactive) from the Indiana State Bar Association and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation.
