Luke J. Bartlinski

Luke J. Bartlinski has over 15 years of experience in the areas of federal, state and local income taxation with a particular emphasis on tax compliance, planning and minimization strategies for high net worth individuals, closely held businesses, corporations and partnerships. He also devotes his practice to compliance with federal and state voluntary disclosure and amnesty programs for both U.S. and non-U.S. taxpayers. He has substantial audit and accounting experience, including analysis of financial transactions, trends and operating results, and the preparation and analysis of financial statements and related disclosures. He also represents clients before federal and various state taxing authorities. Mr. Bartlinski co-supervises the Business Tax Practice of the Tax Accounting Group.
