Liz Franco

Liz Franco, MBA, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Duarte, Inc. since September 2021, Liz previously held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Assistant at Armstrong Garden Centers, Inc. from 2009 to 2014, and earlier as a Human Resources Intern and Peer Advisor at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2007 to 2009. Liz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University, and an Associate of Arts in Social & Behavioral Sciences from Citrus College.
