Kristina Matsuba

Kristina Matsuba is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Program Manager at Eastman since October 2022. Prior to this role, Kristina held the position of Sr Manager, HR Programs at SBM Management Services, LP for a decade, from October 2012 to October 2022. Kristina began a career in logistics as a Freight Logistics Specialist at TONYS FINE FOODS, where employment lasted from August 2007 to April 2011. An honorable discharge was received after serving as a Sonar Technician in the US Navy from January 1996 to February 1999. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Accounting and Operations Management from California State University-Sacramento, obtained between 2007 and 2012, and further education from Villanova University during 2014-2015.
