Nicole Ishii Grove

Nicole Ishii Grove is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and customer success. Currently serving as the Academy Account Director at Duarte, Inc. since August 2021, Nicole has also held roles such as Sr. Customer Success Manager and Strategic Enterprise Account Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Nicole worked as an Onsite Account Manager at Stryker and as an Agent Success Manager at Aira, where leadership and development of support materials for a nationwide team were key responsibilities. Nicole's earlier positions include as a Provisioning Specialist at Aira and Administrative Assistant at Catalyst Physical Therapy & Wellness, Inc., along with roles as Lifeguard, Dance Instructor, and Swim Instructor at YMCA of the USA. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Health Science from Point Loma Nazarene University.
