Piya Bhatnagar began their education in 1999 at Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Engineering degree in Computer Science in 2003. Piya then pursued further education in project management, obtaining a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification in 2009 from the Project Management Institute. In 2015, they attended Digital Vidya and earned a degree in Digital Marketing, specializing in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. In the same year, they also obtained the certification of Certified Digital Marketing Master from Vskills. Piya Bhatnagar expanded their knowledge in project management by becoming a Certified Scrum Master through Scrum Alliance in 2017 and obtaining an ITIL Certification from ITIL. Additionally, they hold a High School Diploma from The Lawrence School - Sanawar - India. In 2016, they also acquired the Certified User Experience Analyst (CXA) certification from Human Factors International.
