Piya Bhatnagar has extensive experience in digital product management and strategy. Piya most recently served as the Head of Digital Product & Strategy at Dubai Airports starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Lead Product Manager, Digital Commercial at Qatar Airways from 2021 to 2023. Piya also worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as the Vice President of Digital from 2018 to 2021, where they focused on transforming the company's digital ecosystem. Piya has experience as a Consultant and Regional Director at thoughtAnalytik, a Solutions Product Manager at Emirates, a Senior Product Manager at Etihad Airways, a Project Manager at du, an Associate Manager at Deutsche Bank, and an Information Services Coordinator at Smith & Nephew. Piya Bhatnagar began their education in 1999 at Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Engineering degree in Computer Science in 2003. Piya then pursued further education in project management, obtaining a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification in 2009 from the Project Management Institute. In 2015, they attended Digital Vidya and earned a degree in Digital Marketing, specializing in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. In the same year, they also obtained the certification of Certified Digital Marketing Master from Vskills. Piya Bhatnagar expanded their knowledge in project management by becoming a Certified Scrum Master through Scrum Alliance in 2017 and obtaining an ITIL Certification from ITIL. Additionally, they hold a High School Diploma from The Lawrence School - Sanawar - India. In 2016, they also acquired the Certified User Experience Analyst (CXA) certification from Human Factors International.
