Sameer PM is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Director of OD & Workforce Planning at Dubai Airports since September 2018. Prior to this role, Sameer held positions such as OD Consultant for the Government of Abu Dhabi and Head of Organisation Development, Performance & Reward Management at Qatar Islamic Bank. Experience includes managing HR initiatives, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR strategy across various organizations, including Amlak Finance, PKF Chartered Accountants, and Spinneys Abu Dhabi LLC. Sameer holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Aligarh Muslim University and has a comprehensive background in organizational analysis, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and HR automation.
