Ahmed Rashad has extensive work experience in the field of customer experience management. Ahmed started their career in 2004 at du, where they held various roles including Customer Experience Director, Customer Experience Manager, Project Delivery Manager, Enterprise Product Launch Specialist, and Customer Experience Specialist.
