Alfredo Ng-Palacol

Alfredo Ng-Palacol is a seasoned professional in customer experience and success, currently serving as Sr. Director of Global Customer Experience and COE at Aviso AI since September 2025. Prior to this, Alfredo held positions as Customer Success Director for Strategic Accounts at Calix and Head of Success at Sempra. Alfredo was also with Salesforce for over a decade, contributing significantly to the development of a new success organization and providing strategic direction in customer engagements. Alfredo's earlier career included roles at Dell Technologies, Toshiba America, CPC Consulting, Capgemini, EY, and Kearney, where expertise in project management, cloud strategy, and process improvement was demonstrated. Alfredo holds a BS in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business and completed the Executive Leadership Program at Texas McCombs School of Business.
