Prior roles include Chief Technology and Strategy Officer at Resilience UAE, HR Information Center Manager and Project Manager at the Dubai Government Human Resources Department, and Project Manager at the Department of Economic Development, Dubai. Ali's educational background includes a Public Sector Innovation Diploma from the University of Cambridge and a Master’s in Strategic Management from the Higher Colleges of Technology.
