Khalid al Jarwan al Shamsi

Khalid Al Jarwan Al Shamsi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Khalid is currently Vice President in Digital & Commercial Services and Vice President in Operations at Dubai Chambers (starting in 2023). Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director of the Digital Economy at Dubai Chambers from 2022 to 2023.

From 2012 to 2022, Khalid held the position of General Manager at Masharie LLC, a leading private equity investment company. Khalid played a crucial role in managing investments, executing investment strategies, and reducing debt through restructuring.

Before that, Khalid worked as the General Manager at Union Properties P.J.S.C, one of the prominent real estate developers in the UAE from 2009 to 2012. Khalid also served as the Deputy General Manager at Dubai Investments Industries, responsible for evaluating industrial investments and conducting market studies, from 2007 to 2009.

Khalid began their career at Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company in 2006 as the Major Maintenance Section Leader, overseeing major overhaul projects and leading a large team of engineers and supervisors.

Khalid Al Jarwan Al Shamsi earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Tulsa between 1995 and 2000.
