Younis Othman

Younis Othman has extensive experience in the field of information technology, currently serving as CIO at Dubai Customs since November 2008, where responsibilities include developing IT strategy, establishing IT governance, and aligning IT with organizational objectives. Prior to this role, Younis was IS Development Director at Dubai Naturalization & Residency Admin from March 2003 to November 2008, focusing on innovative IT solutions for competitive advantages. Younis also held positions as Section Head of Information Systems Development and IT Director at Datel Systems LLC, overseeing IT resource allocation and enhancing business processes. Earlier roles include Projects Manager and Software Engineer at Dubai Naturalization & Residency Admin. Younis holds an MBA from Zayed University and a Bachelor of Computer Science from UAE University.
