David Awad

David Awad, J.D. is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in technology, law, and venture capital. Currently a Partner at FirstGen Growth and Founder of Awad Consulting Co., David specializes in helping investors manage and develop technology businesses, as well as supporting attorneys in software and technology litigation. David also contributes to Iron Key as a member of the Investment Committee and serves as a VC Associate at the Dubai Future District Fund, where responsibilities include due diligence and investment modeling in high-tech sectors.
