Jaffar Bin Jaffar has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Jaffar started their career as a Property Manager at Union Properties PJSC, where they were responsible for leasing strategies, tenant satisfaction, marketing activities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Jaffar then moved on to Dubai World Trade Centre as a Senior Manager in Asset Management, where they implemented international best practices and trained the asset management team. Currently, they are working as a Director at Dubai Healthcare City, overseeing the commercial and revenue management of the Freezone, including property operations, leasing, financial analyses, and strategic planning.
Jaffar Bin Jaffar completed their MSc in Artificial Intelligence in Big Data and Business Analytics from ESCP Business School from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they pursued their Masters in L.L.M. - International Business Law at Paris-Pantheon-Assas University from 2021 to 2022. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained a certification in Negotiate to Win Masterclass from Kexxel Group in November 2022 and another certification as a Certified Owners Association Manager from Dubai Real Estate Institute - DREI in August 2012.

Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) is a free zone committed to creating a Community of Choice for health and wellness.
