Laith Quteit

Laith Quteit is a seasoned professional in development management with extensive experience in the construction and architectural industries. Currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Dubai Healthcare City since August 2022, Laith has previously held positions as Development Manager at Royal Development Company and Jumeirah Golf Estates, where responsibilities included managing various types of developments, creating business plans and financial feasibility studies, and overseeing project design and construction stages. Laith's earlier experience includes roles as Architectural Manager/Senior Architect at OBE Architects and Architect at Consolidated Consultants, focusing on preparing design documents and coordinating with engineering teams for diverse building projects. Laith holds a degree in Architecture from Birzeit University.
