Alya Mahdy

Alya Mahdy serves as the Executive Director of Customer Care at Dubai Holding since April 2023, overseeing the integration of customer service functions across its real estate portfolio, including Dubai Properties, Meraas, Nakheel, and Meydan. Prior to this, Alya held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Director of Real Estate Investments at Yas Holding Taraf Holding from January 2020 to January 2023, where responsibilities included creating a new real estate subsidiary and executing land monetization strategies. Alya also revitalized Majid Al Futtaim’s flagship project, Tilal Al Ghaf, as Executive Director in 2018, and repositioned Jumeirah Golf Estates as Executive Director Commercial from September 2014 to April 2018. Early career experience includes serving as an Executive Consultant for Chain Holding, focusing on operations and customer satisfaction during economic challenges. Alya earned an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School and completed courses in Business Administration at Houston Community College.
