Neil Brian Beron

Neil Brian Beron is an experienced procurement and contracts manager currently serving as Manager of Procurement at Dubai Holding Real Estate since June 2024. Previously, Neil held managerial and assistant manager roles in contracts at Nakheel from October 2021 to May 2024. Neil's career also includes several engineering positions, including roles as Engineer - Estimation at Ssangyong Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd. and AL FARAA CONSTRUCTION AND INDUSTRIAL GROUP, as well as Estimator/QS at International Trading & Contracting Co. Neil began their career as a Civil Engineer at DMCI Homes and worked as a Quantity Surveyor at SHIMIZU PHILIPPINE CONTRACTORS, INC. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Technological University of the Philippines, obtained in 2007.
