Santhosh Menon

Santhosh Menon is a finance and investment professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Investment Analysis within Hospitality Asset Management at Dubai Holding since January 2018, Santhosh has held various significant positions including Senior Manager in the same field and Vice President Finance at Sobha Developers. Santhosh is a dedicated member of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association MEA and has previously worked as Asset Manager for the Viceroy Hotel Palm Jumeirah, along with roles in senior business analysis and financial analysis across multiple esteemed organizations. Santhosh holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and an MBA in Finance, complemented by a BTech in Civil Engineering.
