Olgica D. Momirovska (FHEA), MFash(Des), PGCert (HE) is a seasoned academic and industry professional in fashion design with extensive experience in higher education and design consultancy. Currently, Olgica holds positions as a Visiting Senior Lecturer at the Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation and as a Fellow at both the Higher Education Academy and The RSA. At Middlesex University Dubai, Olgica serves as the Module Program Coordinator in Fashion Design while simultaneously working as a Senior Design Consultant at Smple Solutions. Past roles include Senior Lecturer-Mentor and Head of Fashion Design at FAD Institute of Luxury Fashion & Style, CEO and Founder of Fashion Design Studio, and various roles in costume design. Olgica is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Art and Design at Middlesex University, building on a robust educational background that includes a Master’s degree in Fashion/Apparel Design and a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design.

In collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and The New School’s Parsons School of Design, Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation (DIDI) is a private, non-profit university, located at Dubai Design District (d3), accredited by the Ministry of Education in the UAE. With its first intake in 2018, DIDI is focused on nurturing, mentoring and creating the next generation of designers. The curriculum is designed to empower students to map out their own four-year educational journey, culminating in the region’s first Integrated Bachelor of Design degree, with a choice of concentration in the areas of Product Design, Multimedia Design, Fashion Design and Strategic Design Management.
