Ra'Fat Hammad

Ra'fat Hammad holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from Jedara University, a Diploma in Insurance from The Chartered Insurance Institute, and a Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance from AL-elBIET University. Currently serving as the Head of Compliance at Dubai Insurance Co. since January 2024, Ra'fat has accumulated extensive experience in the banking and finance sectors, particularly in Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Credit Risk. Previous positions include Expert at the Central Bank of Jordan, Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at Jerusalem Insurance, and Financial Expert at the Insurance Authority, where responsibilities encompassed setting and implementing key regulations for the insurance sector. Other notable roles include Acting Director of Technical & Financial Supervision at the Insurance Commission and Credit Analyst in the SME & Corporate Banking Department at Bank al Etihad. Ra'fat is also certified with ACAMS and CCM.
