Paul Keely, FCA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority since March 2025, playing a crucial role in enhancing the economic landscape of Dubai by overseeing a significant portfolio of over 45,000 companies. Previously, Paul held the CFO position at SKA from August 2019 to March 2025, where responsibilities included managing operations across the Middle East and Africa. Paul has also served as CFO for Proco Global, Finance Director for NES Fircroft, Group Financial Controller for Fosroc, and Controller at Glencore, among other roles in finance and auditing.
