Majid Imran has extensive experience in IT service operations and management, currently serving as AVP - Head of IT Service Operations at Dubai Islamic Bank since November 2008. Previous roles at Dubai Islamic Bank include Manager of Customer Engagement Platform Technologies Support and Manager of ATM/CDM Application Support. Prior to this, Majid Imran worked at Union National Bank as an Associate focused on ATM management from October 2005 to November 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Central Punjab, as well as a Pre-Engineering qualification from Forman Christian College.
