Shahbaz Ali is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as a Senior Credit Analyst in Home Finance at Dubai Islamic Bank since May 2024. Previously, Shahbaz held roles such as Credit Analyst in Home Finance at Emirates Islamic and Credit Analyst for Retail Products at RAKBANK. Prior experience includes serving as a Credit Analyst/Evaluator at Samba Financial Group and Senior Officer of Credit Initiation & Evaluation in the Retail Banking Group at Union National Bank. Shahbaz began a career in credit analysis with Trust Investment Bank Ltd, specializing in SME loan and lease proposals. Shahbaz holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of the Punjab, with a focus on micro and macroeconomics.
