Ebtisam Jassim

Ebtisam Jassim has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations. Ebtisam began their career at Dubai Shopping Festival Office in 2003, where they worked as a Public Relations & Awards Coordinator. In 2003, they joined Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry as an Executive, External Affairs & Protocol and later became a Senior Executive, Excellence. Ebtisam remained with the organization until 2011. In 2016, they joined Dubai Media Incorporated as a Senior Executive, Excellence and later transitioned to the role of Senior Executive, Quality Assurance. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Executive, Strategic Planning at Dubai Media Incorporated, a role focused on analyzing and communicating internal and external factors impacting the business, establishing key performance indicators, evaluating progress, and identifying areas for improvement.

Ebtisam Jassim obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication & Media Sciences with a focus on Integrated Marketing Communication from Zayed University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their degree, they also obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2018, they received certification as an ISO 9000:2015 Lead Auditor from Lloyd's Register. Ebtisam also obtained the certification of a Certified 4G Assessor from the Dubai Excellence Program in December 2017. In 2010, they completed the Organizational Performance - EFQM Team Workshop offered by the Dubai Excellence Program.
