Khitam began their career in 1996 at Dubai Media Incorporated as a Senior Writer, where they honed their writing skills and contributed to various projects. In 2017, they joined Idea plus as the General Manager, showcasing their leadership abilities and managing the overall operations of the company. Throughout their career, Khitam has shown dedication and expertise in the media industry.

Khitam Bitar attended Lebanon University from 1980 to 1984, where they pursued a degree in Legal Studies, General. Khitam successfully completed their studies and obtained an A- degree.
