Samer Merhi

Samer Merhi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Samer began their career at STC, Lebanon, where they worked as a Clerk until September 2006. Samer then joined Seidco General Contracting Company as a Human Resources professional, handling recruitment and selection operations. After six years in that role, they moved on to DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre), where they held various positions. Samer started as the Central Services Manager from December 2012 to January 2016. Following that, they assumed the role of Senior Manager Marketing, Events, leading the events team and collaborating with marketing, PR, and executive management to achieve business goals. In January 2021, they were promoted to Senior Manager, Events & Partnerships. Currently, they serve as the Head of Events & Partnerships at DMCC, starting in June 2022.

Samer Merhi completed a degree in Business & Office Management at STC, Lebanon from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended high school in Lebanon from 2001 to 2004, where they studied Economics/Sociology. Samer Merhi also obtained a certification in Corporate Event Video: Producing Company Meetings and Presentations from LinkedIn in 2021.
