Asmahan Alzarooni

Asmahan Alzarooni has extensive experience in information technology and digital transformation, holding significant leadership roles across various organizations. At Dubai Municipality from March 2019 to March 2023, Asmahan served as Director of Digital Transformation and Director of Information Technology. Prior to this, from October 2014 to February 2019, Asmahan was Vice President of Information Technology at Amlak Finance PJSC. Asmahan also held the position of Director of Information Technology at the Ministry of Social Affairs from June 2008 to October 2014. Earlier in Asmahan's career, positions at e& UAE included Senior Manager of Technology Problem Management, Senior IT Operations Officer, and Computer Operations Officer from May 2002 to May 2008. Asmahan's educational background includes a Diploma in Leadership Development from Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government and a Certificate in CIO Leadership from New York University.
