Rakan Hindawi L Msc

Rakan Hindawi, MSc, is an experienced Principal Structural Engineer at Dubai Municipality since March 2025. Prior to this role, Rakan held various positions at e.construct Fz LLC from October 2013 to May 2025, including Project Manager, Lead Structural Engineer, Senior Structural Engineer, and Structural Engineer. Rakan began a career in structural engineering at Engineering Solutions & Consulting (ESC) as a Structural Engineer from December 2012 to September 2013 and briefly worked as a Structural Engineer Trainee at Consolidated Consultants Group (CCG) in November 2012. Rakan holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Structural Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, expected to complete in February 2028, a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Jordan (2015-2018), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Jordan (2008-2013).
