Abdulrajak Rajvada is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business excellence and quality management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Business Excellence at Dubai Parks and Resorts since September 2018, Abdulrajak has implemented key tools for market intelligence and customer insights. Previously, as Excellence Manager at Global Village, Abdulrajak formulated organizational vision and strategy. Experience as Chief Trainer at Pace Quality Consulting involved performance improvement initiatives across diverse sectors using Six Sigma methodologies. Leadership roles at GMR Group included Vice President of Systems & Processes, where Abdulrajak spearheaded Six Sigma deployment and established essential training functions.
