Philip Wrede

Philip Wrede is the Head of MPP Business Excellence at LANXESS, a position held since November 2004, focusing on SAP migration and optimization projects. Wrede previously served as Process Manager Order-to-Cash at LANXESS, where responsibilities included building templates for the new SAP S/4 system. Prior to LANXESS, Wrede worked at Bayer AG from October 2000 to October 2004, holding various titles in logistics, supply chain, and management consulting. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Scientific Assistant at FIR Forschungsinstitut für Rationalisierung from November 1995 to September 2000. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering, alongside a Dipl. Wirt.-Ing. in Business Economics, all obtained from RWTH Aachen University.
