Sean Adedeji is an experienced Lead Technical Safety Engineer currently leading technical safety initiatives for Dubai Petroleum's offshore assets since October 2019. Previously, Sean served as Design HSE Manager at Petrofac, providing technical safety support for the BP Rumaila Onshore field, and as HSE Engineer at Bluewater Energy Services, where responsibilities included updating Safety Cases for FPSOs. Additional roles include Principal Technical Safety Engineer at Petrofac, contributing to the Aviat Field Development Project, and Lead Technical Safety Engineer at AMEC, where Sean worked on the ConocoPhillips Judy SIL Evaluation project. Earlier experience also includes a senior position at Wood Group PSN, supporting various safety projects for the Heather and Thistle platforms. Sean holds a Master’s degree in Safety Engineering, Reliability and Risk Management from the University of Aberdeen and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Production Engineering from the University of Ibadan.
