Maher Musallam

Maher Musallam is an experienced professional in customer care and sales management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Care & Call Center at Dubai Properties since January 2010. Key achievements include developing and implementing a comprehensive customer experience strategy and coordinating customer touchpoints to enhance service efficiency. Maher has also held significant roles such as Director of Customer Care for the Built to Sale project and Director of Sales, where responsibilities included crafting sales strategies, managing VIP customer relationships, and leading sales team performance. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Dubai Holding and Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Academic Center. Maher holds a Master's degree in International Business from the University of Wollongong and multiple degrees in medicine and biology from OLOF Medical University and other institutions.
