Marcel Francis has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to 2023. Marcel started their career at Dell as an Accounts Receivable Analyst, where they handled customer queries and provided solutions, reviewed credit requests, and supported credit analysts. Marcel then worked at Y-Axis Overseas Careers as an Immigration Process Consultant, managing clients and preparing visa applications for Australia. Marcel later joined Monster as a Senior Account Manager, where they worked with clients in India, Malaysia, and the UAE, maintained customer relationships, generated leads, and managed a team. Marcel then joined Quantum Real Estate as a Senior Listing Agent, maintaining customer relationships, answering inquiries, and generating leads for property brokers. Currently, Marcel is working at Dubai Sotheby's International Realty, where they have held various roles including CRM & Listings Manager and Data Manager. Marcel has experience in supervising operations, maintaining high-ranking listings, working with top real estate CRMs, and creating accounts for brokers on Property Finder.

Marcel Francis has completed a degree in B.com Computers from ABVP University. Marcel also attended Railway Junior College where they studied Higher Secondary School with a focus on commerce. Marcel Francis has also attended St. Patrick's High School.
