Waheed Rasool

Waheed Rasool is an accomplished senior operations manager with extensive experience in sales operations, content management, and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager Operations at Dubizzle Group since December 2021, Waheed oversees nationwide sales operations for Zameen.com, focusing on payment processes, documentation, and continuous business improvement. Previous roles include operations manager and content manager at Trivzia, and AM Contact Center Quality & Training at Systems Limited, along with significant experience at Telenor in various leadership positions, enhancing operational efficiency and customer care.
