Raygan Barrett

Raygan manages Dublin Arts Council’s marketing through all touch points of communication. She brings a diverse background in design, brand strategy, fine arts, marketing, art education, and entrepreneurship. With 20+ years of experience in design agency settings, she’s also managed two art education businesses. Raygan is also a mixed-media artist and an Adjunct Instructor at the Columbus College of Art and Design. Previous work experience includes Ohio Designer Craftsmen and clients such as Huntington Bank, Wexner Center for the Arts, Crimson Cup, The Columbus Chamber, Target, and Limited Brands. She received a BA in Advertising Design from the Columbus College of Art and Design.
