Sandeep Rao

Sandeep Rao is a seasoned academic and finance professional with extensive experience in higher education and editorial roles. Currently, Sandeep serves as Programme Director for the MSc in Finance and Associate Professor of Finance at Dublin City University, having previously held positions as Assistant Professor and Programme Director for the MSc in Investment, Treasury & Banking. Sandeep contributes to academic literature as Associate Editor for several respected finance journals. Prior to joining Dublin City University, Sandeep was a Doctoral Researcher and UK Commonwealth Scholar at the University of Strathclyde. Sandeep’s diverse background includes roles as CEO at Savinirs InfoTech Pvt Ltd, Market Analyst at Thomson Reuters, and various teaching positions at PES University. Sandeep holds a Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance from Strathclyde Business School, an MSc from Henley Business School, and an MBA from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
