Jennifer Gavin

Jennifer Gavin has over eleven years of experience in the field of crisis support and psychology. Currently serving as an Administrator and Social Media Coordinator at the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre since March 2008, Jennifer manages crisis call-ins from distressed individuals. In addition, Jennifer has worked as a Psychology Project Support Worker, providing on-call assistance to victims of rape and serious sexual assault at the Sexual Assault Treatment Unit. Previously, from 2012 to January 2017, Jennifer held the position of Training Coordinator and Group Facilitator at OCD Ireland, facilitating support groups for individuals with OCD and their families. Jennifer holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Health Psychology from the University of Ulster, where the focus was on the factors influencing the disclosure of childhood sexual abuse, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Dublin Business School.
