Tracey O'Malley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of human resources and community services. Tracey began their career at Black Church Print Studio as an Office Administrator in 2010. Tracey then moved on to Inishbofin Community Services Programme, where they served as a Community Tourism & Marketing Officer from 2011 to 2012. Following this, they joined Inishbofin Community Services Programm as a Community Services Programme Manager from 2012 to 2014.
From 2014 onwards, Tracey worked at Dublin Simon Community, initially as a Community Employment Manager for five years until 2019. Tracey then transitioned into the role of HR Manager from 2016 to 2020. In 2020, they assumed the position of Acting Senior Human Resources Manager before being promoted to Senior Human Resources Manager in 2021. Finally, they currently hold the position of Head of Human Resources from 2022 onwards.
Tracey O'Malley began their education in 2005 at Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Tracey studied there from 2005 to 2009. Following that, in 2009, they enrolled at University College Dublin and earned a Master of Arts degree in Cultural Policy and Arts Management, completing their studies in 2010.
In 2015, Tracey attended Technological University Dublin, where they obtained a CPD Certificate in Employment Law. Tracey'sstudies in this field lasted for one year. Continuing their education, in 2017, Tracey returned to Technological University Dublin and obtained another CPD Certificate, this time in Digital Marketing Strategy. Tracey completed this program in 2018.
