Sheri Sweeney has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction and Director of Secondary Education for Dublin Unified School District since July 2013. In these roles, Sweeney oversees curriculum, instruction, professional learning, and leadership development across multiple schools. Previously, Sweeney was the Principal of Fallon Middle School, achieving notable recognitions such as Gold Ribbon School status in 2017 and California Distinguished School in 2019. Sweeney's career also includes roles as Middle School Administrator and Instructional Program Specialist at Mt. Diablo Unified School District, an instructional coach, and classroom teacher. Sweeney founded Time to Spare Organizing and Coaching Services and has held roles outside of education, including serving as Director of Housing Initiatives for United Way of the Texas Gulf Coast and practicing law as an attorney. Sweeney holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Brandman University, a Juris Doctorate from Yale Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Tulsa.
