Norlito Castillo, MCE, P.E. has extensive experience in structural engineering, having worked with prominent companies across North America. From December 2020 to November 2022, Norlito served as a Structural Engineer at United States Gypsum, where responsibilities included revamping steel structures and managing safety assessments. Prior to this, Norlito held the position of Sr. Project Engineer at US Magnesium, overseeing the structural design for a new lithium plant and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Previous roles include structural design work at Kiewit and Black & Veatch, where key projects involved combined cycle plants and significant coal power developments. Norlito's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor’s degree from Mapúa University.
