Thomas Skudlarek is a highly experienced engineer specializing in structural analysis and mechanical design, currently serving as a Senior Engineer for Structural Analysis at Zeno Power since October 2024. Previously, Thomas held several roles at LeoStella from February 2022 to October 2024, including Senior Structural Analysis Engineer and Senior Satellite Mechanical Engineer, where notable contributions included random vibe analysis for avionics chassis and ground support equipment design for satellite production. Prior to this, Thomas worked at Blue Origin from July 2017 to February 2022, leading engineering efforts for the BE-4 Main Fuel Valve and supporting the New Glenn launch vehicle's barrel structures. Early career experiences include internships at SpaceX, Toyota Motor North America, and Dresser-Rand, focusing on manufacturing engineering and assembly process improvements.
