Patricia Aguirre Phr, Gphr

Patricia Aguirre, PHR, GPHR has a strong background in human resources, with experience spanning over 15 years. Patricia currently holds the position of VP, Human Resources at DuBois Chemicals, Inc., where they oversee the HR function and leads a team of professionals supporting employees across multiple locations worldwide. Prior to this, they served as the Director, Human Resources - Americas at Esko, a Danaher company, where they managed HR operations for the Americas region. Patricia also held various roles at Intelligrated, including Director, Corporate Talent Management & International HR, Sr. International Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Manager. Patricia was responsible for strategic talent management programs, international recruitment strategies, and employee relations. Before that, Patricia worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Regent Broadcasting, where they handled recruitment, compensation, benefit administration, and employee relations. Patricia began their career as a Recruiting Coordinator at Meridian Bioscience, focusing on employee recruiting and benefits. Patricia also had an HR internship at Goodyear Chile, where they worked on various HR projects. Throughout their career, Patricia has demonstrated expertise in HR best practices, organizational development, policy development and compliance, talent management, and recruitment.

Patricia Aguirre, PHR, GPHR, holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources (MHR) from the University of Cincinnati, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Prior to their master's degree, they completed their undergraduate studies at Miami University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business in 2004. Their primary focus during their undergraduate studies was Human Resources Management and Marketing. Patricia also holds a High School Diploma from Escola Americana de Campinas, which they obtained from 1998 to 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Patricia has obtained various certifications related to their field. In 2007, they earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2014, they further enhanced their credentials by obtaining the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification from the same institution. Their most recent certification is the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), which they obtained in 2015 from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
