Tom Shepherd

Tom Shepherd has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Tom currently holds the position of VP, Finance Integration at DuBois Chemicals, Inc. from July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Transitions Consultant at Self Employed starting from April 2019. From January 2016 to November 2018, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Ripple Junction Design Co. Before that, they held the position of General Manager at The Verdin Company from January 2015 to December 2015, and worked as an Executive Consultant there from October 2014 to December 2014. Tom also worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Floturn, Inc. from January 2014 to May 2014. Tom's experience also includes serving as the President of Magnus Precision Manufacturing, Inc., a division of Floturn, Inc., from January 2009 to December 2013. Before that, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer/Trustee of the ESOP Trust at Floturn, Inc. from April 2005 to December 2008. Tom served as the Chief Financial Officer at Atkins & Pearce, Inc. from March 2003 to March 2005. Tom also has experience as the President/CFO of Vulcan Oil & Chemical Products, Inc. from August 1987 to July 2002. Tom started their career as an Audit Supervisor/Certified Public Accountant (CPA) at Barnes Dennig from 1985 to 1987, where they played a significant role in automating client service delivery.

Tom Shepherd completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Ohio University from 1976 to 1980. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Xavier University - Williams College of Business from 1986 to 1989.
