Renee Gorman

Renee Gorman has over 30 years of experience in wealth management and retirement plan recordkeeping. Currently serving as the Wealth Management Operations Assistant Manager-Systems at Dubuque Bank & Trust since November 2002, Gorman acts as a liaison between Wealth Management staff and Heartland Financial Information Services, coordinating software updates and reviews, managing access permissions, and preparing financial reports for senior management and the Board of Directors. Previous roles include Wealth Management Operations Assistant and Employee Benefits Senior Recordkeeper, where responsibilities included processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing IRS tax returns for retirement plans. Gorman holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from NICC.
