Heidi Stevenson

Heidi Stevenson is an experienced educator with a focus on special education, currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Dubuque Community School District since September 2016. Prior to this role, Heidi Stevenson worked as a Substitute Teacher at St. Mark Youth Enrichment in 2018 and as a summer Kindergarten Teacher at the same institution from 2016 to 2017. Additional teaching experience includes instructing math classes for grades 6-12 at Four Oaks in early 2016 and assisting in a kindergarten classroom as a Paraprofessional at St. Mark Youth Enrichment in the summer of 2015. Heidi Stevenson also has experience in retail management and cash handling from a position at the University of Northern Iowa and has provided ski instruction for children at Sundown Mountain Resort. Education qualifications include a Master's degree in Special Education from Northwestern College and an Elementary Education degree from the University of Northern Iowa.
