Jackie Thiltgen

Jackie Thiltgen is currently a Substitute Teacher at Dubuque Community School District since November 2019. Prior to this, Jackie worked at Mary's Inn Maternity in a role assisting young mothers during pregnancy. Jackie also owned and directed Little Rascals, Little Treasures Preschool and Daycare from November 1999 to June 2019. Additionally, Jackie has experience as a Curriculum Sales Representative at Kendall Hunt Publishing Company from 1995 to 1999. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Elementary Education and Teaching from Loras College.
