Arthur Krzycki has extensive work experience in various senior and managerial roles in the financial services industry. Arthur started their career at the Minister of Industry, Science and Technology and Minister for International Trade as a Special Assistant in Communications. Arthur then worked as a Marketing Analyst at Guardian Group of Funds before joining The Financial Post DataGroup as a Product Manager for Internet Products.
Krzycki later became a Product Manager for E-Commerce & Global Deposit Access at Visa, where they developed and implemented public relations and communications strategies to support the organization's Internet marketing initiatives. Arthur then worked as a Marketing Manager for New Business at Firmbuy Inc., a b2b e-purchasing services start-up.
Following that, Krzycki joined Canada Life as a Marketing Manager in the Investments and Pensions Group Marketing, where they developed and managed national marketing and communications programs. Arthur also worked at RBC as a Senior Manager for Brand Management & Advertising, overseeing marketing initiatives for RBC Global Services.
Krzycki then joined BMO Financial Group as a Senior Manager for Marketing and Client Strategy in Retail Investments, leading marketing strategy formulation and execution for BMO Mutual Funds and BMO Term Investments.
Arthur later joined HomEquity Bank as a Director of Marketing and Public Relations, where they led the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of marketing programs and public relations initiatives.
Currently, Krzycki is the Vice President of Retail Banking Channels at DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd., where they are responsible for managing the retail banking channels and driving growth. Arthur previously held the position of Vice President of Marketing at DUCA, overseeing the creation of marketing plans, optimization of marketing mix, and implementation of CRM and email campaign automation systems.
Throughout their career, Krzycki has demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy, budget management, brand management, and digital marketing. Arthur has a track record of driving growth, optimizing marketing investments, and enhancing customer experiences.
Arthur Krzycki has a diverse education history. In 1984 to 1988, they attended MPSJ and obtained an OSSD (Ontario Secondary School Diploma). Following this, from 1989 to 1992, they pursued a BA degree in Economics at King's University College. In 2002, they completed a certificate program in Advertising and Promotional Planning at the Schulich School of Business - York University. Additionally, Arthur Krzycki has obtained several certifications, including a Canadian Securities Course (CSC) from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) in November 1995. Arthur also holds certifications such as Scuba Diver from NAUI Worldwide in January 2023, an International Certificate of Competency from International Yacht Training Worldwide in November 2021, and a Restricted Operator's Certificate (Maritime) from the Government of Canada in July 2018.
